Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Each person may maintain only one account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must notify us promptly at hello@firstime.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• You retain full ownership of all content you create, including events, photos, and descriptions.
• By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and provide the service. This licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the necessary rights to share it.
• We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misuse the friend or invite system.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access Firstime.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.

The Firstime name, logo, design, and source code are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent—all your data will be removed.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law. Where practicable, we will provide notice before termination.

• Firstime is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Firstime.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. For users in the EU, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Italy, unless you are entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via the app or email before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of Firstime after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
